Leadership is not a fixed destination. It is a practice. And like all practices, it develops over time through experience, through reflection, and through honest conversation with people who will challenge you well. We believe that the organisations doing the most important work — in business, in healthcare, in education, in research, deserve leadership development that matches the scale and complexity of what they are experiencing.

We believe that coaching is one of the most powerful things a person can invest in, not because it provides answers but because it creates the space to find them and that curiosity is the quality that makes the biggest difference to how teams perform and how organisations adapt

Susie Edwards - Founder

I started WonderIf because I kept seeing the same thing. Capable, committed people with the private and public sector who were doing extraordinary work in enormously difficult circumstances, without the support they needed to lead well or to think clearly about what was next for them.

I wanted to change that.

My background spans over the two decades working across NHS, higher education and international research communities. I have designed and delivered leadership programmes for NHS Trusts, created e-learning content for the BMA, co-designed the Young Environmental leaders Award with Kew Gardens and worked with organisations ranging from NHS England, Imperial College London to the Wellcome Sanger Institute and the London School of Economics.

I hope an MA, an MSc, and a Postgraduate Diploma, and I am a fellow of the RSA. I am certified as a MBTI practitioner and Happiness Facilitator which means I bring both rigorous thinking and a genuine focus on what helps people thrive, not just perform.

What I care about most is creating the conditions for people to think differently. To ask better questions. To feel more confident in the decisions they make and the work they do.

Peter Edwards, a consultant and trainer with over 20 years’ experience helping teams improve performance, adopt new technologies, and deliver meaningful change.

Peter has worked with BNP Paribas, UBS, PA Consulting, Ford Motor Company, Transport for London and the UK Government. He holds qualifications in PRINCE2, Agile Scrum and Six Sigma, and an AI for Business certification from Imperial College London.

He brings a practical, human approach to complex challenges, helping teams cut through noise and focus on what genuinely makes a difference.
